As we are heading to launch of WOOF Farm this weekend and making final UX improvements and debugging in our WOOF Farm, we are excited to share some important information about Liquidity Pools that will be deployed on WOOF Farm.

LIQUIDITY POOLS

Liquidity pools are one of the core technologies that underpin the DeFi ecosystem. They are an integral part of automated market makers (AMMs), borrowing and lending protocols, income farming, synthetic assets, on-chain insurance, blockchain gaming, and so on.

Liquidity pools are at the heart of automated yield generation platforms, such as farms, where users add their funds to pools to then generate income.

$SNACK

Many of you will now be passively earning our new token SNACK by staking on the WOOF Farm. We will also create a liquidity pool on Uniswap so you can trade it freely.

We’ve had a lot of questions about the benefits of holding WOOF vs SNACK. In short, there are clear benefits to having both!

Each token will be used in different ways in our ecosystem and we will be ensuring each one has plenty of use cases to keep their values up.

Here is summary of each token:

WOOF is a non-deflationary token going to be utilized in all platforms we build in the ecosystem. That might be directly (i.e. you need to have it to participate), or indirectly (e.g. profits are used to buy back and burn WOOF).

SNACK is a deflationary token which will have auto-staking rewards. It will be used as the governance token for our DAO and will play a key role in WOOF products such as WOOF PAD and WOOF DEX and others. Revenues will be distributed back to SNACK holders.

There will be a bonus period of the two weeks for early stakers.

There will be a 2% fee when you stake tokens to the pools of WOOF Farm.
